At ShopIt, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. This Delivery Policy explains our shipping options, estimated timelines, and any factors that may affect your delivery.

1. Delivery Options and Timelines

We offer the following delivery options to meet your needs:

1.1 Overnight Delivery (Gaborone Only)

  • Eligibility: Available for orders placed before 9:00 AM on the same day.
  • Delivery Timeline: Orders will be delivered overnight.
  • Service Area: Limited to customers within Gaborone.

1.2 Priority Shipping

  • Eligibility: Available to locations serviced by Sprint Couriers across Botswana.
  • Delivery Timeline: Items will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Service Area: Nationwide (within Sprint Couriers’ delivery zones).

1.3 Normal Shipping

  • Eligibility: Standard shipping option for all orders.
  • Delivery Timeline: Items will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Service Area: Nationwide (within Sprint Couriers’ delivery zones).

2. Delivery Conditions

  • Border Delays: Deliveries may experience delays due to unforeseen issues at the border. While we work closely with our logistics partners to minimize disruptions, such delays are beyond our control.
  • Third-Party Delivery: We use a local courier company to transport goods from Johannesburg, South Africa, to Gaborone, Botswana, before handing them over to Sprint Couriers for local distribution.
  • Unreachable Areas: If Sprint Couriers does not service your location, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The delivery method chosen (Overnight, Priority, or Normal).
  • The delivery address provided.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS, enabling you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or absence at the delivery location:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery at an additional cost.
  • You may be required to collect the package from the nearest Sprint Couriers office.
